At the invitation of the Key Laboratory of modern design and rotor bearing, School of machinery, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Li Hongbin, chief engineer of West axle Co., Ltd., led the technical backbone of the company to Xi'an Jiaotong University for technical exchange on August 25. The Key Laboratory of modern design and rotor bearing system of Xi'an Jiaotong University was founded in 1958. It mainly focuses on design science and engineering, design big data and condition monitoring, engineering tribology and bearing rotor system dynamics, carries out research on cutting-edge basic theory and applied technology, and forms leading international cutting-edge design theories and methods, Build a characteristic base for cultivating high-level talents.
At the exchange meeting, Li Xiaohu, deputy director of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and Zhu Yongsheng, director of Xi'an Jiaotong University, successively introduced the cooperation between Xi'an Jiaotong University and NSK, SKF, axle research technology, China Zhejiang high speed railway, hande axle and other enterprises, As well as academic research achievements in "establishing multi state index, on-line monitoring and regulation technology system of rolling bearing", "intelligent diagnosis theory and method of mechanical fault", "dynamic bearing design of high thrust reciprocating compressor, and performance improvement of spindle system of Qinchuan gear grinder". Li Xiaohu stressed that Xi'an Jiaotong University especially hopes to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with western enterprises, make use of the existing research resources of the university to do some practical things for the revitalization of national western enterprises and solve the technical problems of enterprises, and sent an invitation to our company for the "bearing forum" held in Xi'an in October this year. Li Hongbin introduced the history and current production status of northwest bearing, and conducted in-depth exchanges with students and teachers on the company's current product R & D direction, research achievements in the fields of metallurgical rolling mill, petroleum, rail transit bearing and bearing projects under development. At the same time, he expressed our company's urgent willingness to actively seek cooperation with scientific research institutes.
The two sides also discussed the results of this technical exchange. Li Hongbin said that it is very encouraging to see the research results of Xi'an Jiaotong University in the field of bearing. This exchange and study is very important, with great harvest and timely. There is a lot of space for northwest bearing and Xi'an Jiaotong University in the research and application of basic bearing theory and high-end bearing cooperation. Our company looks forward to in-depth cooperation with Xi'an Jiaotong University. Li Xiaohu believes that there are not many bearing research in Colleges and universities now. Xi'an Jiaotong University needs to combine with enterprises from the initial research on sliding bearings to the current research field of rolling bearings. While solving production technical problems for enterprises and transforming scientific research achievements into enterprise profits, these problems need to be transformed into the topics of school postgraduates. I hope to strengthen school enterprise cooperation and common progress with northwest bearing in the future.
